Housekeeping was incredibly slow, leaving our room unclean until late afternoon. We returned to find broken glass on the floor, which posed a safety issue. Poolside service was lacking, as it took ages for anyone to acknowledge our request for water. Frustrating experience overall!

The hotel impressed with its modern design and high-quality dining experiences, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the comfort of the luxurious sun loungers and the variety of premium drinks available.

However, communication with the staff was lacking, especially at the poolside where service felt slow. It was disappointing to deal with inconsistent drink service during our stay, affecting the overall experience.

We found the service at the pool to be inadequate, as there were not enough staff members to attend to guests consistently.

The pool here was absolutely stunning, and I loved lounging on the comfy sunbeds! Just wish there was a bit more staff around to help with drinks. Overall, we had a great time! 🌴
